- Detox-friendly foods like lemon, garlic, turmeric, spirulina, flax, beets, and green tea
Step 2: Detox Your Environment
- Swap out chemical cleaners for natural options
- Ditch air fresheners and synthetic scents
- Replace plastic containers with glass or stainless steel
- Rethink personal care products — read the labels!
Step 3: Detox Emotionally
- Unfollow stress-triggering content on social media
- Practice self-care rituals daily
