My journey into health and wellness is deeply personal. I lost my mother to fibroids when I was nine, and my father to metabolic syndrome (hypertension, diabetes, and more) at just twenty. These painful experiences shaped my belief that health isn’t just about curing illness—it’s about preventing it before it starts.
But even before those events, I was drawn to service. As a child, I joined the Nigerian Red Cross Society and quickly developed a passion for helping others live healthier lives.
Though I studied Printing Technology at The Yaba College of Technology, life nudged me in a different direction. I joined the Forever Living Products business to supplement my income and unexpectedly found myself immersed in wellness education. That exposure became the catalyst for a deeper, lifelong pursuit.
I later trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and continued to expand my expertise with advanced studies in Holistic Nutrition Coaching at the Spencer Institute, and Functional Medicine at the School of Applied Functional Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
My mission is simple but profound: to help people prevent the premature loss of loved ones by embracing longevity, balance, and true well-being.
While I initially focused on metabolic health, my personal experience navigating perimenopause—hot flashes, brain fog, night sweats, and anxiety—sparked an even deeper desire to support women through hormonal changes with natural and sustainable solutions.
I’m also passionate about educating young girls early—equipping them with tools to understand their bodies, make better choices, and prevent common reproductive conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids.
This work isn’t just a career—it’s my calling. And I’m honored to walk this path with you.
